General Assistant in Hospitality Colchester Actual Salary - £7,894.84 per annum, Full-Time Salary - £21,050 Permanent – Part Time – 16 hours per week, 38 working weeks per year About the role To assist the Technicians and Lecturers to ensure that Kitchens, Restaurants and Bars are maintained in a safe operational state, that all ‘class’ related resources are available in a timely manner and appropriate stock levels maintained. About you You will have practical experience within a commercial kitchen/catering trade. You will be practical with good health and safety awareness and have good oral communication skills. Your positive “can do” attitude along with your collaborative and flexible approach will ensure you will fit quickly into this important role.
