You will assist the Technicians and Lecturers to ensure that Kitchens, Restaurants and Bars are maintained in a safe operational state and that all ‘class’ related resources are available in a timely manner and appropriate stock levels maintained. About you You will have practical industrial experience within a commercial kitchen/catering trade and experience with working effectively as part of a team. You will also have the ability to build and sustain professional relationships with all staff and learners.
