This well liked and successful Contractor is looking to take on a General Builder (with a strong carpenter / joinery bias) to complete remedials, adaptations and installations on small building projects - offices, small retail units plus residential properties (NOT social housing).

About you;
You will have demonstrable experience of the following and be qualified (or time served) accordingly;
1st & 2nd fix carpentry and joinery
Basic bricklaying / patch brickwork
Patch plastering
Any additional fabric skills would be a bonus!
Offered in return;
Up to £36k starting salary
