Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency in teaching and learning. Support the school's ethos and values, contributing to the overall development of students. Qualifications: A degree in Education or a related field. Teaching qualification and experience in a secondary school setting. Strong subject knowledge across a range of subjects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities. Flexibility and adaptability to teach various subjects as required.
