The position primarily involves handling defendant personal injury claims, with the chance to engage in related regulatory issues, including health and safety investigations, prosecutions, and inquests. Additionally, there will be opportunities to work on product regulation. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in business development and client initiatives. Responsibilities include: Oversee and assist in managing fast track, intermediate, and multi-track personal injury claims. Provide legal advice on all aspects related to claims, including coverage issues. Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables to clients, maintaining exceptional client service and adherence to established working practices and service level agreements. Gather and organize necessary Management Information in line with agreed practices for clients. Play a role in enhancing the team's services, support, processes, and procedures. You should possess a solid foundation in managing defendant personal injury claims and fast track litigation. Experience or a desire to gain experience in Product Law and Health & Safety is preferred. A strong technical background and understanding of legal procedures is essential. You must be adept at managing client relationships and fostering trust. A commitment to business development is crucial for expanding your network and the practice.
