Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead a passionate team, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture
- Ensure every guest experiences warm, seamless hospitality from start to finish.
- Oversee daily operations, from front-of-house to back-of-house, maintaining Ottolenghi’s high standards
- Drive financial success through careful planning, waste control, and sales growth
- Collaborate on seasonal menu and campaign launches, ensuring every detail reflects our brand
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training, nurturing your team’s growth
- Monitor and improve processes, from table planning to health and safety compliance
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a premium hospitality environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences
- Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and empower your team
- A deep appreciation for Ottolenghi’s menu and ethos, and the ability to share this with your team and guests
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
