Requirements:
A hospitality background at management level within table service settings and fresh food-focused outlets is essential.
A positive, people-focused approach, with involvement in the local community.
Ability to think outside the box, be commercially aware, and adopt a creative sales approach.
Lead from the front, with a passion for developing future managers.
While you don’t need to be an eco-warrior, an interest in sustainability and keeping the planet clean is essential.
