Job Opportunity: General Manager – 5-Star Luxury Hotel, London We are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy General Manager for a prestigious 5-star hotel property located in the heart of London, near Hyde Park and Oxford Circus. About the Property: 80+ luxury rooms and suites Renowned Fusion/Japanese restaurant and bar Located in an iconic area of London Package: Salary: £165,000 per annum Bonus: Up to 30% based on KPIs Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for a brand-conscious leader with a proven track record of delivering excellence in luxury hospitality. Prior experience in London, particularly within the Mayfair or Knightsbridge areas, is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be a representative of this Asian-centric luxury brand and must exemplify high standards, integrity, and impactful decision-making. Qualifications and Experience: A strong academic background with a first degree and preferably a master’s degree. Experience in Leadership in a luxury boutique hotel. Commitment to long-term growth and development with the property, not a career “stepping stone.” Core Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel’s premier reputation. Team Management:

Lead and inspire the hotel team to consistently exceed expectations. Financial Oversight:

Manage budgets, forecasting, and revenue optimisation. Brand Excellence:

Uphold and enhance the property’s luxury positioning, ensuring alignment with its Asian-centric ethos. Guest Experience:

Deliver unique and memorable stays for all guests. Required Skills and Attributes: Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities. Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting and revenue management. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations (front desk, F&B, housekeeping, etc.). Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS, revenue tools). Marketing and public relations expertise. Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and trends. Personal Attributes: Passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
