We are currently recruiting for a General Manager for our client's main prestige dealership in the Oxford area.
We are looking for an exceptional General Manager candidate, someone who has performed at a high performing dealership, with the right drive and attitude to take this site to the next level.
The role will be working for one of the most renowned dealer groups in the UK, within a fantastic brand and a superb site. This is an opportunity of the highest calibre.
The right person must be a confident and professional individual who can take on a performing site, with the ability to lead an established team.
Role: This is an excellent opportunity with a strong dealer group, product, and overseeing a performing operation. You will be managing a large team covering all aspects of Aftersales, Car Sales, and back office staff. We seek someone who can continue the good work and step into the site without disrupting the team.
Deliver a strong customer service experience Exceed budgets A General Manager / Head of Business / Brand Manager / Dealer Principal with a good knowledge of Car Sales & Aftersales A professional and driven leader who can instil confidence within the team
This position is with a well-established dealership, so the right individual must have a solid career history and proven knowledge of running a successful main Car dealership while working closely with directors & the manufacturer.
