Flexible in a dynamic environment with adept management of a demanding workload. Strong communication skills at all levels, with the ability to influence, inspire, motivate, and mentor others. Excellent customer service skills and comfortable discussing conflict. Understanding of Quality Management Systems and their application within the operational environment.
