About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Extensive experience managing people, directing, overseeing, and managing daily business activities and developing and implementing effective business strategies and programs. Demonstrated ability to analyse the success of whole of prison programs, strategies and initiatives including the ability to critically evaluate security and offender management issues. Knowledge of the Corrections Act 1986 and Corrections Regulations 2019. Computer literate with a working knowledge of the full range of Microsoft Windows and MS Office application suite software. Qualifications / Requirements A qualification in Business Management / Human Resource related discipline or commensurate experience to meet the key accountabilities relevant to this role is desirable.
