We are on the hunt for a dynamic, organised, and highly creative individual to head up operations and help install a team that will deliver a small but exciting breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu, as well as help give Bridport a very much-needed place for some late-night revelry. The successful candidate will be onsite helping with the setup one month prior to opening, allowing you input on how the site will function. Reporting to the Owners, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and install a fresh, no-nonsense professional working environment. Your main responsibilities are: Employ, train, and ensure there is a competent team in play at any given time. Develop your team to be the best they can be, rewarding good performance. Be consistent with all H&S, HR, and food safety paperwork. Create a joyful and fruitful working environment, making sure the connection between FOH and BOH is strong to install a one-team mentality. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and leading by example. Be creative with specials to help minimise wastage. Ensure that all equipment is maintained, cleaned, and hygienic. Ensure that product is consistent and to a good standard. Complete forecasts, plans, and costings. WHAT WE OFFER
