As a General Manager within the aviation sector you will provide expertise to the customer in the field of supply chain, management services, operations and continuous improvement. Provide leadership for our operation, assess potential, develop talent and succession planning. Proactively and professionally manage client relationships, delivering superior customer satisfaction at all times. Now, here's what we need from you: Proven track record of managing complex operations. Customer Management experience at senior level. Previous experience of succession planning and team development. Experience of building and maintaining relationships with Trade Union. Previous experience within the aviation sector would be an advantage but not essential.
