Location:

Caernarfon - required to work between Porthmadog and Caernarfon stores

Hours:

Full Time 38.75 hours to include Saturday working (Closed on Sundays)

Salary:

up to £40,000 per year, + Quarterly bonus based on sales and profit.

Experience level:

Must have a minimum of two years store management experience.

As a Store Manager at Specsavers, you’ll bring the energy to motivate and encourage the wider team, ensuring our high standards are maintained at all times.

Leadership skills are crucial. This means leading by example and inspiring others to strive for excellence, providing the best possible customer care.

Experience of managing individual, business process and organisational changes, specifically the support of individuals through a major change and development process.

Broad business experience, including an understanding of KPIs, and performance management processes. Operational management or knowledge of store operations. Building credible relationships with senior managers within the business.

Comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity.

Understanding of people and ability to get the best out of the team to drive a customer-centric team to deliver results.

Leadership skills, including the ability to make objective judgments and energise a team across multiple locations to exceed customer’s expectations.

Retail and financial awareness: understand the industry, customer needs and how they shop, understand the financial implications of decisions made. Making well-informed decisions that meet the broader business concerns.
