We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative leader to join our Cancer Division at Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells as a General Manager. The successful candidate must be a motivated professional with a track record of consistently delivering high quality patient focused care. This role will work closely with the Clinical Directors and Head of Nursing to deliver the departments' operational, strategic & quality agenda. The Kent Oncology Centre provides comprehensive cancer services for the 1.8 million population of Kent, Medway and East Sussex and this role includes management of staff based at Canterbury as well as MTW.
