£32.5k - £35k + Profit Share We are working with a leading local business to find their next Bar & Restaurant Manager to oversee the complete running of the business. This role is key to delivering an excellent customer experience every time they step into this busy bar and restaurant. This customer-facing role would be ideal for someone with experience in running a busy bar and restaurant, great front of house manner, and is all about being customer-facing and not stuck behind reports! Key Responsibilities for the Bar & Restaurant Manager:
Recruitment, training, and ongoing management of the team. Full ownership of all stock, ordering, and management of stock to set budgets. Responsible for the service levels given across the business at all times. Ensure the standards of the bar and restaurant are to the owner's expectation. Ensure all customers are welcomed and looked after in the bar & restaurant. Drive revenue initiatives to achieve budgeted sales targets. Guide, coach, and support staff during service, to develop teamwork and ensure the standard of service is always exceptional. Experience/Requirements for the Bar Manager:
You have at least 2 years + experience in this role or an Assistant Manager role. You are skilled in preparing drinks and spirits to high standards. You have experience in running profit and loss accounts, budgeting, and ordering. You love to wow guests with exceptional service. You are friendly and professional with plenty of charisma and flair.
