- £40,000 per annum, bonus potential My client is a casual dining restaurant based in Birmingham City Centre, looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead their team in providing high quality service to all their customers. Duties and Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring proper performance and a positive work environment. Oversee customer service, address complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience. Manage budgets, control costs, track sales, and analyse financial performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations. Develop marketing strategies, engage with the community, and promote the restaurant. Ideal Candidate:
Have experience in a Restaurant/General Management position managing restaurants taking £40k per week minimum. Have experience in a casual dining setting that provides a lively, energetic atmosphere. Be passionate about the industry and thrive on providing the best customer experiences. Be fully flexible, dedicated, and possess good customer service skills.
