The owners of this gorgeous place also have an incredible project which involves working with local farmers, ensuring that the produce and food are of the best quality. We love this small business for their ethos and care when it comes to what they are offering, but also for their big plans. Lots of opportunities for progression! We are looking for a wine-savvy GM, someone who feels confident talking about the wonders of natural wines and ciders. You will need to be strong on BOH systems such as reservations and all admin work, but of course, we also hope you would have a strong standard of service, and be lovely, warm, and a great host.
