Must be confident on the phone, incoming and outgoing Previous experience working within hospitality, preferably within a service-led, front of house role Passionate about the hospitality industry and helping the professionals within it to progress Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Full UK driving license Talent Manager Responsibilities
Liaising with hospitality professionals such as chefs and front of house on a regular basis Building relationships with a broad range of people within the hospitality sector Use your current industry knowledge to expand your network and find the best candidates within the industry
