Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of talented staff. Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and excellent operational execution. Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their experience is memorable. Manage budgets, control costs, and implement innovative strategies for growth.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a high-volume venue, ideally in a General Manager or senior management role. A natural leader who can inspire a team and maintain high morale. Strong business acumen with a track record of increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency. Enthusiastic, ambitious, and always looking for ways to improve and grow.
