General Manager

to join one of the most prestigious office spaces in Belfast. The successful candidate will join a prestigious award-winning provider of flexible workspace. The Historic Custom House building has been converted to this State-of-the-Art office space. This role would suit a charismatic, experienced and personable General Manager/Client Director who potentially comes from a Flexible Office Space or similar Management background. This is a Permanent - Monday - Friday position (9.00am - 5.00pm). Some potential out of hours working for events, this may be on a weekend. Based in Belfast City Centre. Salary FULLY NEGOTIABLE + Amazing benefits, alongside the opportunity to be part of one of the most exciting ventures in Belfast Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for all existing clients, new clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring professionalism is maintained. Accountable for the day-to-day running of the business centre covering all aspects including first-class service delivery, operations, team management and support, sales, health and safety, and building security. Play an active role in sales management and support the Sales team in attracting new clients, delivering first-class viewings of the office space, and finalizing agreements. Liaise with the Facilities Manager and Cleaner Manager to resolve issues promptly, maintaining good relationships with local contractors. Manage and maintain effective relationships within the Belfast Community by liaising with local agents and business associations. Inspire and motivate the operational and administrative team to improve client satisfaction. Support the advertisement and planning of community events for clients and encourage attendance. Liaise with the marketing agency covering campaigns and socials. Reporting and sales discussions on office spaces. The Ideal Candidate: Client Director/General Management, Operations or Sales Management experience within a similar setting (office space ideal). Experience in a client-facing service role with a passion for creating an amazing experience for clients. Great networking skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities. Proactive hands-on approach to work. Charismatic and presentable individual.
