General Manager - Stunning Food Led Gastro Pub/Restaurant
Location: 15 mins from Eastbourne.
I am presently working with a multi-award winning group now looking for a highly engaging and hands-on General Manager to lead a great team at a busy property just on the outskirts of Eastbourne.
This country location, dating back to the 17th century, has become renowned for its amazing food, tasting menus with wine pairing, great service, and a warm, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a passionate team of mixed age ranges to ensure service levels are maintained.
Ensure quality and consistency in food and service.
Take ownership of the environment and become the face and personality of the operation.
Qualifications:
Background within a food-led operation dealing with all fresh, locally sourced food.
Knowledge of the independent or small brand pub environment.
Strong leadership skills.
