£45,000-£50,000 + Car Allowance + Private Healthcare + Bonus + Progression Are you from a Facilities Management background and are looking for an autonomous role within a well-established company that offers facilities management services for a bespoke range of commercial clients? In this role, you will be the go-to person managing a team of 60 staff and ensuring all business operations run smoothly. This Facilities Management company provides a range of services to a diverse group of clients in the commercial sector, including schools, churches, government buildings, and offices. Their services include everyday needs like security and cleaning, as well as more specialized needs such as pest control and waste management. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are looking for a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the business. The Role: Managing a team of 60. Organizing all services as clients need. Liaising closely with all departments and directors. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with a need to be flexible. The Person: Facilities Management background. Looking for a leadership role. Commutable to Dartford. This is a 40-hour week role where you will be expected to work outside these hours and be available when needed. This role would suit a Facilities / General Manager or similar looking for a senior leadership position where you will be managing a large team and all the services provided by the business.
