What you will do We seek an experienced General Manager to lead our UK&I Fire Suppression business with full P&L responsibility. The GM will develop and implement strategy, manage resources, and drive business growth. Reporting to the Vice-President, the GM will take our Suppression products and solutions to market, collaborate with other business unit leaders, and contribute to leadership team initiatives. How you will do it Manage resources to meet business plan goals (revenue, margin, working capital).

Work with the UK&I Sales Director to establish and execute a Fire Suppression sales strategy.

Build a climate of sales excellence and cross-selling opportunities.

Lead, develop, and mentor operational and sales teams to achieve high performance.

Oversee financial management with long-term viability in focus.

Strengthen customer relationships for growth and retention.

Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for market leadership.

Ensure ethical management and compliance with local regulations.

Foster Continuous Improvement and drive high employee engagement.

Promote diversity, inclusion, and a “zero tolerance” EHS culture.

Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.

Experience in multinational/matrix organisations.
