General Manager A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to drive operational excellence and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision to drive growth and profitability. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with business goals. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. Drive business development initiatives to secure new opportunities and expand market presence. Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Analyse market trends and operational data to refine strategies and improve competitiveness. Manage budgets, P&L, and resource allocation to optimise financial performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Represent the company at industry events, building the brand and identifying potential partnerships. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
