We are currently recruiting for a General Manager at our Vertu Honda Grantham dealership and offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE of up to £90,000 and a company car.

Our Vertu Honda Grantham dealership is one of our 17 Honda car and 3 Honda Motorcycles businesses we operate in the UK. It has great potential for the right candidate, who, if successful, will join the largest Honda retailer in Europe.
We are looking for a leader who is driven to deliver performance through all departments while delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. The successful applicant will demonstrate that they are value and goal-driven and have the ambition to work with Honda, being passionate about this iconic brand.
You will be accountable for all aspects of the business, fostering manufacturer relationships, ensuring operational excellence while driving finance and cost control, and managing people effectively. Strong leadership skills are essential as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be. You will also ensure that policies, processes, and legislation are adhered to, prioritizing customer and colleague health and safety.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a General Manager within the sector, achieving excellence by delivering financial, customer-centric, and employee satisfaction results.
