THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the board, you’ll have full responsibility for leading and growing the business. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing growth plans, including new trade counter locations. Strengthening relationships with local authorities, developers, and contractors. Managing daily operations, sales, and customer satisfaction. Leading and inspiring a loyal team while driving innovation and efficiency. ABOUT YOU
