I am currently recruiting for a General Manager at this Classic Boutique Hotel in London. My client is looking for an individual with sales and marketing experience to generate revenue for hotel. Along with this we are looking for someone who will help create a fantastic guest experience for this central London hotel.

- Managing the profitability of the hotel along with hitting targets
- Create and manage SOPs
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy
- Oversee revenue management
- Implement a 5* service strategy
- Manage & lead a team effectively
- Deliver achievable hotel budgets along with a long-term strategic plan
The successful candidate
- Experience manager from hotels a must
- Room & revenue management experience
- Must have sales and marketing experience within hotels
- Excellent leadership skills
- Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on operational approach
