As General Manager, you'll lead daily site operations, overseeing all aspects of property management, resident satisfaction, and team development. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and smooth tenant experiences. Manage resident satisfaction, addressing inquiries and escalating issues as needed. Handle recruitment, training, and development for a motivated onsite team. Ensure financial compliance, monitoring budgets, reporting, and P&L. Support marketing and community engagement initiatives to enhance tenant retention. What You'll Bring: 3+ years of residential property or hotel management experience.
