My client is looking for a passionate manager who will lead by example and train and develop the team. We are looking for someone with extensive GM experience along with a commercial mind and a strong background in managing hospitality operations. About the position
Oversee the operations throughout the estate Drive staff training to the highest level Create a strategy to increase revenue Help drive sales & marketing Exceed monthly targets Report to the Directors The successful candidate
