You will be known as a Restaurant General Manager or RGM
Our General Managers not only run our restaurants, but you are an authentic brand ambassador who also happens to love our chicken and chips. Our General Managers have a wealth of experience coming from a variety of backgrounds and you will partner with your Area Coach and rest of your management team to run the restaurant like your own but also continue to develop yourself and your team!
You will not only be joining the KFC team but the Soul Foods family.
