Ideally, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivating, and passionate General Manager or above who can grow their teams through leadership and training, deliver and maintain the high standards required, and who loves to see guests having an epic time.

A strong working knowledge of cocktails is essential, along with an understanding of late nights and live musicians.

Job Description
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for:
Training & developing staff at all levels
Cocktail creations & costings
Managing the busy bar
Profit & loss accountability
Being commercially minded
Inventory control
Planning, organizing, and coming up with creative working ideas
Being passionate about customer service
Being very guest-focused
Strong man management skills
Thinking on your feet and coming up with conclusive ideas
Identifying problems and reacting to resolve issues
Managing costs in line with sales
Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities, and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
Experienced in a similar high-end cocktail bar or club
Possess high-end cocktail experience
Capable of working with teams of over 20+ staff
Have some profit & loss understanding
Knowledgeable about events
Experienced in dealing with corporate clientele
Experienced in stock taking & inventories
Able to work in a high-demanding environment
Used to high volume
Able to give clear instructions to the senior management team and staff members
Good understanding of running a tight operation
Flexible in working late night hours
Experienced in dealing with Directors
Holds a relevant license
Experienced in customer service
Proactive and able to think on your feet
Skilled in dealing with different types of clientele, with customer service being the top priority
The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills along with the passion and commitment to driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in the high-end cocktail bar or late-night club background.
