Set over one floor, this intimate venue breathes life and party from open until close. Be At One in Putney promises the perfect balance between an innovative and intimate cocktail experience and the wild sing-along party with swinging lights and classic anthems. Cocktails are a significant part of our offering, making it a fantastic opportunity to enhance our daytime appeal with our popular Happy and Appi Hours on a bustling daytime high street. Our vibrant late-night operations, with extended weekend hours, further amplify this appeal. Be At One is renowned for hosting amazing parties, making it a favorite venue among locals and commuters alike! A little bit about you... The successful General Manager will have a charismatic and dynamic personality, someone who understands what a premium quality offer looks like; passion for making memories through the team and atmosphere is essential, along with outstanding operational and product standards, and a passion for fantastic guest experience. You will be an experienced General Manager with the ability to drive sales through innovative marketing, maximizing the growing pre-booked sales trend and developing reasons to visit by using social media to its full potential. It is essential that you are an inspirational leader with a true belief in recruiting great people, training, and coaching them to develop an exceptional team that has a passion for working in the cocktail industry and delighting their guests.
