We are searching for a
General Manager
to run the tap room and restaurant on site.
This is a newly created position, and for that reason, we're looking for a seasoned operator with experience in managing a village pub or restaurant. However, we are open to applications from all backgrounds as long as you have management experience.
As this is a newly created role, you will have full autonomy over everything, from the menu, to opening hours, to staffing decisions. The aim is to make the taproom and restaurant a real community hub, and we want the General Manager to be instrumental in achieving this. In return, we are offering a salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience. This opportunity does not include accommodation.
