Your Role Take the helm at SEA LIFE Brighton, delivering operational excellence, unforgettable guest experiences, and impactful conservation initiatives. This includes leading the launch of the UK’s first purpose-built Sea Turtle rehabilitation and repatriation facility, positioning us as a global leader in marine conservation. Key Responsibilities: Deliver world-class guest experiences that inspire and educate, ensuring visitors leave with lasting memories. Champion health, safety, and security, creating a safe, magical environment for every guest and team member. Lead a passionate, diverse team, fostering collaboration and celebrating success. Develop and execute innovative marketing and business strategies. Drive financial performance, managing budgets and achieving growth targets. Champion conservation through community projects like Brighton Beach cleanups and partnerships with 16+ global and local initiatives in 2024. Qualifications & Experience

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a dynamic, driven leader with the vision and skills to inspire teams and deliver exceptional results. You’ll bring a commercial mindset, operational expertise, and a passion for conservation and community. Essential Skills and Experience: A proven track record in senior leadership roles, ideally at GM level within tourism, entertainment, or guest-focused sectors. Exceptional people leadership, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to deliver amazing guest experiences. Strong commercial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability while maintaining a guest-first approach. Strategic thinking with hands-on operational experience, enabling you to balance day-to-day management with long-term growth planning. Commitment to health, safety, and security, ensuring the well-being of guests and team members at all times. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering collaboration across teams, partners, and the local community. Passion for sustainability and conservation, with the ability to champion SEA LIFE’s mission to protect marine life and the environment.
