As a General Manager, you’ll oversee operations, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive performance across the property. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll combine operational excellence with a people-first approach to create an outstanding living environment for residents and a fantastic workplace for your team. Ensure health and safety compliance, oversee day-to-day operations, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Revenue Growth:

Work closely with university partners, local organizations, and support functions to enhance the property’s reputation and performance. What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in managing teams in hospitality, PBSA, or similar environments. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgets, forecasts, and P&L management. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for exceeding expectations. Resilience, adaptability, and a knack for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
