General Manager

to lead one of our prestigious, BT sites in

Lutterworth . You’ll be responsible for leading and delivering the strategic vision within a customer-facing role, with a big focus on continuous improvement. Even though you'll be contracted to Monday - Friday, between the core working hours of 09:00-17:00, you’ll need to offer a level of flexibility in terms of working hours – no two weeks are the same, this is logistics after all! Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a base salary of up to

£72,000.00

per annum, with 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day: Manage the sites leadership teams achieving operational delivery performance and adherence to all company and customer/site KPI’s Liaise and build rapport with the customer to allow for collaborative working and the defining of shared goals and objectives Lead the change management on site, with a focus on CI, health and safety Maintain effective and open communication links positively encouraging teamwork What you need to succeed at GXO: Significant experience in a fast-moving logistics environment Strong financial acumen - you’ll be accountable for a multi-million-pound budget Ability to coach and develop senior managers Experience in a customer-facing role, with demonstrable experience in project management, driving change and implementing a CI culture We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
