Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the overall operations of the venue, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience. Lead the planning and execution of club nights and coordinate with DJs and entertainment teams for a captivating experience. Drive table bookings, maximize reservations, and ensure VIP guests receive the highest level of service. Lead and inspire the team, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and committed to delivering excellent service under pressure. Contribute to the relaunch of the venue, bringing fresh ideas and innovations to enhance the overall experience.
