As General Manager, you will create a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do by motivating, training, and leading by example. You will coach your team to fulfill their potential, ensuring you and your team embrace our core values:
Care, Community, and Connection . As a new Rockfish General Manager, you will be supported by structured training before you start in your restaurant, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with Rockfish. Minimum Requirements:
You will be required to have at least one year’s experience at General Manager level in a similar restaurant environment. Salary and Benefits: The Basic Salary for this role is £38k p/a plus tips, bonus, and paid overtime. Paid Overtime A generous share of gratuities and tips Discretionary bonus schemes for management levels Company pension scheme to help you save for your future Birthdays off, additional to your holiday allowance Access to Rockfish paddleboards, to relax and enjoy for free Reduced working hours to 40hrs in the winter and 48hrs in the summer We close early on Sunday in the winter to allow everyone downtime Competitions and incentives along the way Generous paid refer a friend scheme Christmas off!
