Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
Lead and manage the hotel's team to achieve operational excellence through the Senior Management team.
Create a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.
Develop and implement long-term strategies for growth, profitability, and sustainability.
Drive hotel performance through financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages staff development, engagement, and retention.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Need:
3-4 years of experience in a Deputy General Manager or similar leadership role within a busy hotel environment.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and industry trends.
Proven track record in creating and implementing successful strategies for guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong commercially minded and experience in managing large budgets, revenues, and costs.
High standards for service delivery, particularly in Food & Beverage and guest relations.
A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to drive continuous improvement within hotel operations.
