General Manager , you’ll own the strategy, development, and direction of MIS, ensuring the company consistently achieves its objectives. You'll lead both our Customer Experience and Operational teams, ensuring they have the leadership, support, and resources needed to exceed performance and quality standards. What You’ll Do: Customer Excellence
Build strong relationships with clients and uncover opportunities for growth. Drive continuous improvement to elevate the customer experience. Ensure all KPIs are met or exceeded, addressing challenges proactively. Foster collaboration across functions for seamless customer experiences. Inspiring Leadership
Champion our values and cultivate a high-performing, inclusive culture. Communicate effectively with the Senior Management Team and your team members. Develop talent through effective recruitment, induction, and succession planning. Ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance with HR processes and policies. Driving Performance
Manage the MIS P&L, delivering on financial targets while maximizing efficiencies. Provide clear reporting on operational and financial performance, addressing gaps with actionable plans. Ensure inspection accuracy, productivity, and adherence to loss management processes. Industry Expertise
Stay at the forefront of inspection standards (e.g., BVRLA and NAMA). Develop innovative, industry-leading solutions to meet evolving client needs. Build lasting relationships with key customers and expand professional networks. Create and execute business plans to support MIS’s long- and short-term goals. What You’ll Bring: Proven senior management experience in a large-scale operation, with P&L accountability. Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into actionable insights. Excellent leadership abilities to motivate, engage, and develop diverse teams. Knowledge of health and safety practices, quality assurance processes, and supplier management.
