We are seeking a post holder for the exciting and diverse role of General Manager to lead the provision of patient-centred services at Wathwood Hospital. You will lead, direct, and co-ordinate a high-quality, safe, effective, and efficient service provision to meet the needs of patients, their carers, and families. Reporting directly to the Care Group Deputy Director, you will be a senior leader in the care unit, spanning all areas of operational activity, providing strategic support to the Clinical Director and overseeing the delivery of service development and improvement. Qualifications - Academic / Craft / Professional
Registration with a clinical profession, e.g., NMC, HCPC Managerial qualification to Masters level or equivalent level of experience Experience
Experience of managing an inpatient health care service Experience of managing/leading Community Team Experience of management and monitoring of budgets Experience of working at a system level with Provider Collaborative / ICS Experience of managing an inpatient forensic service Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to provide the vision and leadership for the Care unit Well-developed information technology and data analysis skills Contractual Requirements
