08.03.2025 Job Description: Job summary We are seeking a post holder for the exciting and diverse role of General Manager to lead the provision of patient-centred services at Wathwood Hospital. You will lead, direct, and coordinate a high-quality, safe, effective, and efficient service provision to meet the needs of patients, their carers, and families. Reporting directly to the Care Group Deputy Director, you will be a senior leader in the care unit, spanning all areas of operational activity, providing strategic support to the Clinical Director and overseeing the delivery of service development and improvement. You are responsible for ensuring and strengthening partnership working and collaborative integration with partnership agencies. You will lead on the commissioning and securing of funding to support the development of services, in addition to developing models of service delivery with Commissioners, users, and carers that reflect national policy and local needs.
