General Manager – Newcastle

They are looking for a customer-focused and passionate leader to manage Plummer House, which is Collegiate’s only site based in Newcastle. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the General Manager will have full responsibility for the property. You will achieve full occupancy for the accommodation each academic year, deliver an exceptional experience to all customers throughout the sales process and beyond, and identify and build relationships with universities, student unions, and other relevant organisations within Newcastle. The General Manager will assist the site operations team with day-to-day management of the property to ensure a high level of customer service is provided to the students at all times. The successful candidate will possess a track record in managing operations across a comparable environment, ideally in student accommodation, hospitality, retail, or leisure. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong commercial ability.
