Are you a dynamic leader ready to elevate fan experiences in the heart of rugby? We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our operations at Northampton Saints, delivering world-class hospitality and catering services to thousands of passionate supporters.
As our General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our hospitality and events at Franklin's Gardens. You'll oversee everything from matchday catering to premium dining experiences, leading a dedicated team in providing unforgettable moments for fans, players, and corporate guests alike.
  • Lead & Inspire: Manage, train, and motivate a large, diverse team to deliver excellence across all food and beverage operations
  • Innovate & Elevate: Bring fresh ideas to enhance customer experiences, ensuring top-tier service that reflects the pride and passion of Northampton Saints
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day catering operations, ensuring smooth execution during matchdays and events, and meeting all safety and compliance standards
  • Financial Performance: Maximize profitability by managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and implementing cost controls without compromising quality
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with Northampton Saints and other stakeholders, ensuring a seamless partnership that enhances the fan journey
