Key responsibilities: Leading the hotel team by effectively managing the operations and sales team ensuring each department is supported and consistent in providing a high standard of service. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational improvement and revenue growth. Ensuring the hotel maintains compliance with industry standards and all health and safety requirements. Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing the guest experience while increasing revenue through innovative offerings and promotions. The Ideal candidate will have: Significant experience as a hotel general manager Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, inspire and motivate a large team A strong background in event management and managing venue spaces, with an ability to drive successful wedding and events as well as corporate bookings.
