We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead one of our clients private nursing homes in Aylesbury. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in nursing home management and a strong background in quality and compliance alongside working with clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and service. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Lead and manage a team of nursing and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. - Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care. - Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation efficiently. - Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in nursing home management. - Strong understanding of quality and compliance standards in the health care sector. - Nursing and clinical skills with a valid nursing qualification. - Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
