General manager of gelaterias

WE'RE LOOKING FOR A FULL-TIME MANAGER Hey there, Front of House rockstars and ice cream lovers, we're looking to hire a full-time manager to cover both our busy sites in Lyme Regis. Here's what you'll be up to: Managing all aspects of the two outlets (on Marine Parade and Broad Street), to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the operations, from hiring to training, rota planning and overseeing your teams. Keeping track of our ice cream and sundries inventory, placing orders and making sure we're always ready for a busy day. Leading by example, motivating your team, and making sure everyone's having a blast while delivering top-notch customer service. Collaborating with our marketing and our other kiosks' managers to come up with innovative ice cream concoctions (milkshakes, cocktails, etc.), actively participating in local events, finding collaboration partners and running marketing promotions that'll make our customers scream for more. Keeping a careful eye on the P&L of each site. This is a full-time job (40+ hours a week) starting as soon as possible, with great pay reflecting your experience. This will include a performance-related bonus for the right candidate. We would like you to have Front of House experience, and a passion for good food and great customer service. Some knowledge of merchandising would be great too. You should have a friendly approachable personality that makes our customers feel at home, and good leadership skills to keep the ice cream dream team in harmony.
