We are seeking a General Manager who can lead, inspire and deliver outstanding guest experiences through their team and products. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on the financial expectations of the business whilst balancing the demands of everything Hotel General Management throws at them! Calling Padstow’s picturesque fishing port home, our revamped Victorian hotel boasts a trove of marine-inspired rooms, relaxed all-day dining and easy access to the foodie-centric harbour. With 14 properties and counting, Harbour Hotels has rapidly grown across the south of England – with properties in Dorset, Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, Devon and Cornwall.
