We have a full-time, permanent manager vacancy to start as soon as possible. We are seeking someone with experience as a hospitality manager and a background in the restaurant or cafe industry, or an experienced barista who is looking to progress within their role. We will provide training for you to settle into the role.
Duties
Managing staff, including managing rotas on a monthly basis and onboarding new staff when needed.
Ordering food stock on a daily/weekly basis to ensure everything is stocked up.
Day-to-day management during service, serving customers and making coffees/prepping food during open hours.
Ensuring food safety standards are followed and maintaining our procedures.
Coming up with new ideas for menu items or deals.
Miiko is a family-owned and run cafe in Poole, specialising in healthy drinks and dishes, open 7 days a week from 8:30-3. We have a friendly, close-knit team and look forward to welcoming a new manager.
